We Walk Tall.

In November 2019, a new cohort of 12 women from the Refugee Women’s Support group from the Hackney Destitution Centre performed We Walk Tall at the Southwark Playhouse. All these women were, and still are living in a state of destitution, not eligible for work or benefits and are entirely reliant on aid from the Red Cross.The work was led by the woman, by what they want to share and stories they want to tell.
