Meet Massi-Next Steps assistant

Meet Massi.

Massi joined Compass Collective as a young person 2 years ago. You might recognise him from Voices in the Dark where he played the lead role on the Sam Wannamaker’s stage of the Globe.

Massi went on to graduate from our ambassadors programme.

He is pursuing a career in acting and has already signed with an agent and joined the renown National Youth Theatre programmes.

Flash forward to 2022- Massi is now the main assistant facilitator/director of our newest programme: Next Steps.

Massi has been running workshops at the Shakespeare’s Globe every Friday since October. He’s a real inspiration for all the Next Steps participants and we are so lucky to have him in our team.
