This week marks Mental Health Awareness Week and we want to remind our commununity to be kind to their minds, today and everyday! 

At Compass we recognise and acknowledge the hostile and uncomfortable circumstances that many have to navigate, and the effect this can have on our mental health.  It's always important to remember that there are people to listen to , people that understand and people that can help! 

We want to take this week to join the other organisations across the word breaking the stigma to support healthy and happy minds! Please see a list of helpful numbers and websites for when you need some extra support..
